I got a license of Tuneup Utilities 2014 a month ago, but it's a bit difficult for me to use. Any replacement to it with similar functions?

Try newly released Advanced SystemCare 7

an all-in-one and easy-to-use utility, but be leery of the registry cleaner when using whatever tuneup programs.
