hi, desk top computer, upon booting, receive a warning or notice saying   Can not find script file "C\Microsoft_SDK\lib\include\cc1xm.js"    subsequently, i can't get online, perhaps this file has something to do with facilitating or accessing an IP address, tried ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew . . .  .nothing.  help.  is i a virus?  do i need that file?  if so, how do i reload that file?
