Hello and thank you for reading my thread.

My computer unfortunately died on me today and so I decided to get a new one. The new computer has an Intel motherboard whereas my old computer which died on me had an AMD motherboard. I was just wondering if I could take my Redeon graphics card from the broken computer and place it into the Intel motherboard on the new computer.

I have been told that this probably could not be done even if the Intel motherboard has the correct slots for the Redeon graphics card. But I need to know a definite answer so I do not break my new computer.

Thank you.

Yes it can be done, whoever told you that it should not be trusted for computer help. Only thing to worry about is the power supply.
