Cannot Remove A Trojan

I used an Av scan and it showed a trajan in the summery list but could not remove it. C:\WINDOWS\system32\in10b6s.dll\biprep.exe
This is the path that the AV listed.
The AV has also been showing other adware/spyware but cant/wont remove them and these files did not get picked up by adaware or spybot.
I friend told me to use Hijack this and post the log on a forum for help.
