Hello.  I came across Bleeping Computer when searching for a means of decrypting files that had been encrypted by dirty decrypter.exe.  I'm still searching for a solution but that's for another forum.  I'm really a novice as far the technical side of computers is concerned but I imagine there is such a wealth of experience and expertise associated with Bleeping Computer that most problems will find a solution here.  Perhaps in due course I may be able to add to this, but at the present time I'm very much a learner - and quite a verbose one I'm sure you're thinking.
