Translation.

I have the original Windows 8 64-bit, so I upgraded for free to Windows 8.1 64-bit, before I asked the system username and password, but after the update, it asks me username and password the problem is that now I can not type my data, because the keyboard some keys have fallen off, causing it to not let me start and I checked the system with a light blue screen "I require a disk with Windows Recovery Environment or Recovery Tools, because there are flaws in my machine "

What I can do?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
