Inspiron 531 with Vista operating system; cabled directly into router; computer has internet access, Safari will work but Windows Explorer and Firefox have stopped working.  Can't access Norton either.  May have become disconnected in trying to make former printer print and setup of new printer. Message reads Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.  Diagnostic says Windows did not find any problem with internet connection.  Firefox reads Problem loading page - Firefox can't establish a connection to the server www.aol.com.  Running Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421IC.  SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0  Separately, laptop has no problem accessing anything via wireless and the same router.
