When I fill in forms such as those to log-in (i.e., username & password) the information is not always recognized.  The spinning icon indicates the site is being contacted, but then the site completes loading, sometimes I get a message about the username, password, or both not being recognized, or some sort of problem.  If I close the browser and clean everything with ccleaner, then open the browser and try again, it usually works, but only for a couple of different websites.  This same issue has come up with trying to enter information in a form within a site (after I had already logged in) .  I can fill in the information, but when I submit, it is not recognized.  For example, I was trying to order something and the items would not ever show up in my cart until I cleaned the pc and started over. I am running Windows 7 Professional and usually Chrome as the browser, but the same thing happens with Firefox.

Thanks for any and all suggestions you might have.
