What operating system are you familiar with?

What specifically do you need help with in Vista?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Once again, is there something specific you need help with understanding Vista?

If you just need an overall guide for navigating through Vista there are books out there which can help you.  Vista for Dummies is one of the more popular ones, it can be purchased for between $1.99 to $9.99 (U.S. dollars).  It is available in some different languages if this helps.
