I want to buy my husband a laptop, but do not have any idea what to get. All he really does is go on you tube, listen to music and search the internet. He does not play games, not even solitaire. He does not like touch screens. He likes the computer to move pretty fast as he does not have a lot of patience. I don't want to spend a lot of money, and I want him off of mine because it is old and requires tlc which he does not have. Could I have suggestions as to what to buy-GB, processor, brand, etc. Thank you.

Hi that laptop will perfectly fit his use but the only concern i have for it, is he may not like waiting for the laptop to load up which at least takes a minute.

Is this the initial start up or each individual page will take a minute? Thank you for your help. :-)

Hi,

Do not forget that how long a page will take to load is usually related to the speed of the Internet connection.

How fast is Your Internet connection?

Good Luck with Your new purchase

Roger

I just looked up my internet speed. Downloading is 10mb/s and uploading is 2mb/s. Is that good? I know nothing about this. Thank you.

It is OK. Web pages should load OK at the speed.

Good Luck
