Hi this is my first post so let me know if i'm doing something wrong.

I have a very similar problem to this post  -----> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/485597/audio-adverts-playing-in-background-virus/

Ideally I would just run the same method which has solved the problem in this persons case but I am not qualified to interpret the outputs of the scans.

It would be amazing if someone could take some time out to help.

Hello, we actually need to start similarly .. we need to se a DDS log to determine what to do next.
Do not run other tools until asked.

We need to get a deeper look. Please follow this Preparation Guide, do steps 6,7 and 8 and post in a new topic.
Let me know if all went well.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
