I've been using Outlook Express on my computer for many years. Suddenly the last few days it won't forward emails. They just sit in the Outbox. I delete them when the don't send. I called Verizon Fios, my internet provider, and they checked all the settings and found no problems. I can forward emails when I log into my account on Verizon's webmail web site so the problem is not with Verizon. Any suggestions?
