Stubborn virtumonde infection?

I cant seem to get rid of a process and program that runs at startup that looks like a virtumonde type infection. Every time I delete the registry entry it re-appears. I have deleted the file it points to, only to have the process running again after a reboot. I could use some assistance. HijackThis Log:
