I deleted the Intel HD Graphics in the Device Manger, and Uninstalled the ATI HD 6470 drivers, rebooted, reinstalled the latest ATI Drivers from Dell and so far no BSOD.

Strange how the Intel HD Graphics lists ATI as the driver. never could figure that out.

:welcome: to the Bleeping Computer forum.

All the crash dumps except one is BugCheck 50 and blames the graphic driver as the reason behind the crashes.

BugCheck 50, {fffff880ad8181a0, 0, fffff8800597df68, 5}

Internet Explorer 10 requires a core DirectX update for proper functionality. This update is not listed in the list of Installed updates in your system. So please install it first from the below link and check how the system works.

If the issue remains, please post the exact model number of your laptop in next reply. For example, "Inspirion  5010".

Hi

Didn't saw your post when replied. Let us know if you need further assistance  :)

Your laptop does have hybrid graphic functionality. It came with both Intel and ATI graphic chips. Display will be switched to ATI when graphic intensive applications are run, watching HD movies etc. Otherwise Intel graphics will be used.

right, but why would the Intel graphics have ATI drivers and not Intel drivers?

seems to be sorted must of just been a corrupt driver.

thanks for the other info. thanks again..
