Hi,

I noticed since yesterday my computer getting very slow. I am now getting redirected to spam websites whenever I click on a new tab or a link in a legitimate website.

Some of these spam websites are: QUIBIDS, secureoffer.com, flashupdatenow.com, russianbride.info, and tons of other fake sites designed to make you download or click on their sneaky icons.

I have not clicked on any of the icons or download links but I believe I'm already infected quite badly. I tried running combo fix and that didn't seem to work.

I downloaded the DDS and have the logs if you think they will be helpful.

I'm looking for help on what to try next.

Thanks!

Lester.

DDS logs are not permitted in this forum. If you have already followed the steps in the Malware Removal and Log Section Preparation Guide starting at Step 6, then post your log(s) in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, NOT here, for assistance by the Malware Response Team.

If you post your log in this thread, the response from the Malware Response Team will be delayed because your topic will have to be moved. This means it will fall in line behind any others posted that same day.

After properly posting your log, it would be helpful if you replied back in this thread with a link to the new topic so we can closed this one. Good luck and be patient.
