ANyone have any experience with this sound card or this brand? Newegg says it works well up too win 7. Will the drivers work bad? My pc build will be all about the sound (music production) so I really need the sound card to work great! Can anybody help?

That card does have Windows 8 drivers.  Any drivers that are for Windows 7 will also work for WIndows 8, but if a Windows 8 driver is available, you should always get those.  That sound card uses a C-Media audio chip, just like the Asus Xonar cards.  People really like those cards and if that HT | Omega card uses it, they should be good too.
