I recently had an issue with my computer and was forced to use the refresh option with windows 8.  After i completed the refresh process i began getting requests to activate my software.  I attempted to use the product code i was given after the purchase of windows 8 but it would not work.  after several hours on the phone with microsoft i was finally informed i would have to repurchase windows 8 from them.  I have not been able to reactivate my software and keep getting errors when using the update process.  Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas how to correct this problem?

Thanks

Did this copy of Windows 8 come with a OEM computer?
