Connecting to the internet on Vista

Hi, I'm trying to connect to the internet on a vista PC, my ipv4 connectivity says local and my ipv6 says limited. Packet data is being sent but not being received, please help as I'm useless with computers!

Please download MiniToolBox, and save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

On the computer, can you bring up a command prompt and type in ipconfig /all and take a picture with your phone and post the link to it here?

Is your phone using Wifi or is it using Cell Data?

And Wifi is the same router that your Computer would be going through, and is the computer wifi or wired?

Can you try using the desktop via wired and see if you can get online?
