Hi All !

Been in Idaho 5 years and missing North and Central Florida like crazy !  I hear they put "fall on the shelf at Wal Mart this year" - and I wish the same could be said here .

My brother made the purchase of this Compaq Presario in 09 and it came with so many problems - after 3 returns I got it back with *only* the original case - everything else had been replaced.

All was fine until recently - and I have a sneaky feeling this issue was caused by Facebook posts (pics or a game).

I no longer can see any videos - nor can I update my drivers.  When I try to download Windows 9 (which I could swear I already had and MS said I didn't) I got error code 9998.  I don't care about that - but I *do* care about videos.  The odd thing is .. I can still play World of Warcraft or Diablo ... but adobe flash player says it's working.

Any direction?  Malwarebytes (paid) and Windows Security Essentials picked up 3 DOS viruses a month ago (at the same time I might add) - scared me to see both pop up boxes at the same time.

Any help appreciated !

I think my computer will do me in before the lung cancer gets me!
