Hello everyone,

I am running Win 8 working from the desktop. I am using I.E.10.

My McAfee Total Protection is activated and up to date. And Spybot Search and Destroy is activated.

I also use CCleaner.

Last week I got a pop-up IE window which turned out to be Exploit: Java/CVE-2013-1493

I reset IE10 and uninstalled Java. Reinstalled new updated Java.

I think Java/CVE-2013-1493 may only be partially removed because now I'm getting a pop-up IE window called ...

-- static.salesresourcepartners.com ---

I cannot get rid of -- static.salesresourcepartners.com -- !?!

-- I performed a FULL SCAN with McAfee (Nothing); performed Spybot FULL SCAN (Nothing)

-- I performed a FULL CLEAN with CCleaner and checked the registry for errors with CCleaner (Nothing)

I downloaded - Microsoft Safety Scanner - 1.0.3001.0 - and performed FULL SCAN (Nothing)

Usually I would have found the culprit by now but not this one !

Can anyone of you wise owls show me how to get rid of this.

Or recommend a free removal tool that will DETECT it and get rid of it?

Thank you in advance

Am
