I’m trying to install Flash Player 11 for IE. When I perform the install, K is not allowing it. When I look at the detail reports, I see under “Components” Web Anti-Virus and ‘Results’ Password Protected. No clue what that is telling me. I’m able to install the same version of Flash Player for Chrome.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with IE 10 and Kaspersky 2011 Anti-Virus.

Any help would be welcome,

This topic can be closed.   The issue was caused by an IE Safety setting for Active X controls.

I have a program that requires it and IE 10 to access this library are 3D objects and it does not work. I did a clean install about 10 times. Firefox and Chrome work. IE 10 can not even install. I've been trying to fix this for over 6 months now!
