My Mcafee Antivirus software is picking up a Trojan virus in two files on my computer:

"ZeroAccess-FAT!CBB5F2DB64C0" in "c:\windows\assembly\GAC_64\desktop.ici" and

"ZeroAccess-FAT!06ACC1F60B70" in "c:\windows\assembly\GAC_32\desktop.ici"

McAfee can't delete these files and I can't find them using a standard search or with CMD.

Can anyone please advise me as to how to fix this?
