ITunes is Missing a component That is required. Error 42404

Error shows up every time I install, that I need to reinstall or repair the ITunes because there is a component that is requried and is missing error 42404.  No matter I try to reinstall  or repair it with a new one downloaded from "Update Checker" this shows up I think I tried everything to rid of this, maybe I haven't please help.  Thank you.

Well Boopme, I tried your suggestion on going to "Apple download" and it still said missing component.  I don't know what to do now.  Anymore suggestions?  Thanks.
