New Computer Not Putting Out Video To Screen!

The thing is i got a new computer seems to have all wires connected but not sure why it does not send picture to my screen its like there is not a computer hooked to my screen oh and i think hard drive and disc drive are not getting power because my neon lights and fans work fine... sigh :thumbsup: B) :huh: :huh:

Did you connect the extra power on the back of the card and on the motherboard (if applicable)?
