Windows updates will not install, Outlook actually keeps starting up in an installer mode and will only run in safemode. These symptoms lead me to review for viruses. I changed from Mcafee to Avast and immediately had viruses cleaned up. Boot scan removed more stuff. Ran some other tools one indicated that ZeroAccess may have been found. I ran the procedure from your website for zero access and i still seem to be getting infection notices. This one feels kind of deep.
