Today, when I started up my computer, it finished a Windows 8 update and I was able to log in normally. However, once in, a teal splash screen appeared, not allowing me to click on anything. It mentioned an update, and had a logo centered that read "A.I.", spelled out with the figures of people in side view.

I tried ALT+F4ing it, but it prevented me from taking any further action. Restarting caused the same effect, and when I used task manager to close its process it restarted my computer after a short while. I'm not sure what it is because I didn't catch its name in Task Manager. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Can you do this as we should get a deeper look. Please follow this Preparation Guide, do steps 6,7 and 8 and post in a new topic.
Let me know if all went well.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
