I had originally posted this in the wrong forum, and someone was kind enough to move it to the correct forum, but I noticed that the original description of my problem is missing:

I have windows vista and have been listening to my music in iTunes and windows media player, about 1 minute into a song, a radio commercial or celebrity news will just start playing too. I've tried to see if another program is running, but I can't find any. I recently updated chrome and adobe, and some toolbars got downloaded as well. I deleted the toolbars as I didn't want them to start with. It's like a Internet radio station or something just comes on and I can't get rid of it.
