want to transfer ide hdd data to sata hdd

hi, I just got a new pc with intel H61BF board, 4gb sata hdd, 320hdd. I have a old ide hdd and I want to transfer data from it to the new sata hdd. How can I connect the old one with the new one? Is there any easy external way to do it? Plz help and thanks :-)
