I have a computer that is seeing Outlook and sometimes Word crash several times a day with 'ntdll.dll' showing as the cause in the event viewer for the crash.  I have tried repairing Outlook, re-installing, running in safe mode, but still it crashes on the user.

I ran sfc /scannow as it can replace bad .dll files.  The command prompt said there were some corrupted files but they were all fixed. And I am now seeing if Outlook/Word stop crashing.

However, looking at the scannow logs in SMS Trace I see an error:

2013-10-09 10:46:35, Error                 CSI    00000b0a (F) STATUS_CANNOT_DELETE #26903400# from RtlRunPrimitiveOperationsFromCallbacksAgainstSil(...)[gle=0xd0000121]

Anyone know what that is, and if it is an issue seeing that the command prompt output of scannow said all corrupted files were fixed?
