I posted this question here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/509499/freezing-cursor-and-computer-difficulty-booting/ but have not received a reply for over 7 days.  I saw what seemed to be conflicting instructions about what to post in my initial question.  One place said to post some computer logs/specs etc., and then another said to just state the problem and whoever helps you will ask you to post the correct logs etc.  So i just stated my two problems, trouble booting (which I've unplugged my Blu-Ray drive and it has stopped for the time being) and random mouse/screen/system freezes.  Can someone please tell me if i have asked the questions correctly or not and if i just need to be more patient?  How long do i wait for a response before bumping or reposting the question?  Thanks in advance for all the help.
