Mod Edit:  Split from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/507148/help-cant-run-any-of-my-network-services/ - Hamluis.

New to BleepingComputer not sure if I can jump on this one or not?

I've a similar problem to Pkirkbright although I'm running Vista Business.  I've ran FSS and my firewall rules are also missing.

Any help?

Download ESET Services Repair Tool then run and follow the instructions.

:step2: Download Vista missing action center from link below.

  http://www.bleepstatic.com/fhost/uploads/1/win-vista-action-center-notification-icon-missing.reg

Double-click on downloaded file and confirm the prompt.
Restart computer.
Post new FSS log. How is the computer running?

I downloaded and ran the reg program and it came back with an error saying could not import.  I rebooted anyway and ran FSS again - from what I can see compared to the previous chap that had this I think it looks OK now??
