I need help with this problem pc randomly shuts down about more that 5 times in a day, he shutdowns more when i play games i have this problem 4 month nad i cant fix temperute is fine drivers are up to date, hard drive is good no bad sectors i used this informations from Speecy by Priform software  i wait for help tnx

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

 

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

  List last 10 Event Viewer log

  List Installed Programs

  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

 

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

No critical updates installed, Windows installed 1 Oct, possibly illegal version. 

 

uTorrent installed

 

Nothing indicating hardware/overheating problems that I can interpret from Speccy..

 

MiniToolBox errors indicate hard drive problem, I suggest you run the following:

Did you push the RESCAN button?

 

In any case, try the DOS version.

i burned cd and used seatools when restart he checked and found some errors but i cant find the log from error where are saved

I don't need the log :).

 

The final screen should have reflected "passed" or "failed", if I recall correctly.

 

What was the verdict?

He failed he could not check whole hard drive stopped at 3% found like 32 errors and failed
