Seems on 10/04/13 somehow I am being blocked from accessing the game site "Big Fish Games" on my new Dell Inspiron laptop/notebook, running windows 8. Had no problems before that date on same computer. Error msg. states "Unable to access, you may have to contact Big Fish to reinstall".  Have done everything imaginable to correct, to no avail. Even have a 3rd party company working for 2 days now on this, no solution yet. Every scan known run, nothing picked up. Now the kicker, absolutely no problems accessing same site on my new Gateway/Acer desktop, so problem isn't with Big Fish. And yes, have uninstalled & reinstalled game site on laptop absolutely dozens of times, no help.  PLEASE, any help/suggestions are most appreciated.

Both running windows 8, Both are new machines.  1 is a Dell Laptop, 1 is an Gateway/Acer desktop.  Both have the same info on them.  Laptop uses Avast Premium as an anti virus suite, Desktop uses Norton Internet Security Suite.  Have NOT had this problem before 10/04/13 on either machine & have used Big Fish for over 3 years now with no problems.  Just saw the error msg.  states " An error has occurred. Please try again.  If problem persists, you may need to go to (gives Big Fish Site addr) for info on how to reinstall."  Does NOT give any error # or in any way explain WHAT the error is.  Thanks for your interest.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please download and run Temp File Cleaner and see if it fixes the issue.
