I was just inspecting my system a bit and suddenly noticed a program 'Setuplauncher' in my Startup items. File location and  Properties is disabled for this program and I can't figure out what it does exactly. I am trying to find its origin and what its doing after being triggered on start up.

My OS is Windows 8 Pro (RTM) x64.
