That is the message I get, when I click the button to turn this feature on.

I,m getting a message to turn on Win security center service..the above happens

running Win 7 home ed....never had this message before'

Download then run Farbar Service Scanner and checkmark all boxes.
Click Scan and then a Notepad text will open. Copy-Paste the report on your next reply.

yes' i also set to..auto..but when I go into servive security it says disabled, so i still follow the next step.

clk..log on..clk browser button, type local serv, clk ok' ..but the passwor box's are alredy have PW in them..15 numbers  long

I have no idea what series of num / letters these might be since rgey are coded, my PW yo my PC is only 6 letters long.

but I clear the PW that are in there and putmine in..but it doesn't chane anything.

 

while i have ur attn, have any good way of getting rid of "Ihaveit.com" just picked that up today..good thing I,m using 2 different browsers'

Hi Guys,
Ihavenet.com..is a real pain!
I,ve done the obvious...went to uninstall, nothing there..programsx(86) nothing there
open task manager in safe mode networking..didn't see anything thing that was obvious .
 
anyone have a fix on this pain in the ass'

I reacted to quick..I tried this fix a few more times....back to the drawing board?

What would be the biggest problem I will have, if this isn't fixed ?

Let's try this.

Download MiniToolBox and open/run the program.
When open, checkmark or select all options then click Go.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.

 

Scan for Malware using free Malwarebytes
Install then run a quick scan only after updating to the latest definition.Uncheck the trial pro version on setup and remove any found threats after running the scan. Please post also the result.

Please go back to services startup and enable the following - Automatic.
 

Computer Browser

Security Accounts Manager

Remote Procedure Call

Windows Management Instrumentation

Security Center - Auto Delayed

 

There are 2 antiviruses currently installed. Please remove either one. If Norton, use the Norton Removal Tool.

Remove also old versions of Java and the Adware Toolbar.

 

Run ESET online scanner
Download esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe and save it to your desktop
Follow the instructions and Leave the check mark next to .Remove found threats and place a check next to Scan archives
> Hit Start and ESET will begin to install, update and scan your computer.
> After scanning completes, click List of found threats.
> Click Export to text file and save the file to your desktop and name it Escanlog.
> Click Back button then Finish.
