Can't upload netflix on Dell laptop

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron N5110.  I have just subscribed to Netflix and it won't upload on my laptop. (Fine on ipad.) I have had problems before with you tube / catch up tv etc on this laptop with intermittent service/pauses. However, I can't even get netflix to open a movie - gets stuck at 'loading'.  I have silverlight installed.  Any ideas?  Laptop isn't new but it only 2 years old, so don't think it should be an issue.

Hi blue100,

It seems to be an issue with the Internet connection speed. I would suggest you to check for the issue with a different windows computer and also try connecting to different network.

Also, you can perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the link below.
