I'm currently on the Virgin Media network utilizing their Fibre Broadband 60Mb service, we was going to opt for their 100Mb service but they informed us they are having issues with that plan at the moment, and instead upgraded us to 60Mb.
As with any network, it does have its issues, but with Virgin Media they seem to be more prolonged, and harder to locate. When we used to be on the 30Mb service the connection dropped at least twice daily, with slow speeds throughout, support was not interested.
Then, to see if the 60Mb service would rectify the issue, we upgraded. Now on the 60Mb issue we only disconnect about once a week, which is better, but still disappointing, and support continue to ignore e-mails, and barely understandable phone support.
However, the 60Mb speeds are a little better. On 30Mb we were getting about 3MB/s on Wireless, on the 60Mb plan we're getting 25MB/s, which, is not great, but it is a LOT better.
It costs just under £40/month, including TV and Line Rental.
