So anyway, while I was at this person's house with my trust Anti-Spyware Kit, she baked me cookies! :flowers:

After running Ad-Aware, it showed the typical average 70 objects, tried to delete them, and Ad-Aware froze. One of the critical objects before I hit next was W32.TrojanDownloader. Because it was frozen for a good 15 minutes, I ended the process and opened up...

Spybot S&D. It found a numerous amount of CoolWWWSearch entries. During this time, I ran HijackThis! and got this log. Because I had been waiting an hour and a half at her computer, I had to leave before the scan finished, and I gave her the instructions to Fix Selected Problems, and that I would return within the next few days to finish up.

Basically, I see a few sketchy entries, but I'm not quite knowledgable enough to confidently begin deleting entries. Help would be much appreciated!

UPDATE: After finishing Spybot S&D, she called me back saying most were removed, but some could not be removed even after a second try. Let me know! =)
