You may note that we always ask for the results of a scan to be posted back, and this is the reason.
I would have liked to see the full scan, but I diagnosed them just from their posting.
These are the quick results of your listed items in groups -
FsUsbExDisk is not malware. It is software that comes with Samsung mobile phones. The file, along with FsUSBexService is installed as part of Samsung's New PC Studio software.
"hpqcxs08" is a HP printer service
"hpqddsvc." seems to also relate to a HP Photosmart printer
"NetDriver HPZ12 and Pml HPZ12" This is also HP software monitoring the print devices.
"QBCFMonitorService.exe" and "QBFCService" are processes relating to an executable file of the QuickBooks Company File Monitoring Service
If this is a former business (small or large) computer them I would expect to see these items.
If this is unrelated to any business system, then you can remove all but the Samsung mobile phone item. That one is your personal decision.
However none of these listed items are known infections, or should harm a normal system.
They may be a problem if they are not updated, or are no longer used (replaced by other programs), and this has caused them to show as out-dated or other-wise in your results.
Just my opinion on your problems at the moment (without other scans) -
Bit Defender may be more of a problem than the items you listed, as it may not be suited to other programs running on the computer. I would uninstall it and try any other Free Antivirus for a week to see if any of your problems go away
Always update your Antivirus and Antimalware programs prior to any scan -
Thank You -
