Before you do anything just try and "activate" it using this code, its a longshot but sometimes it works and you will be able to run malwarebytes and other tools

Hello All,

I  would like to Thank all of you on the Forum, and especially "HBYTON" for the great advise. System has been scanned and all infections have been removed.

Will run scan with ESET to further confirm all deletions.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

As a network admin I see all types of malware, trojans, bloatware, etc.  This is not the first time MBAM has saved me from a bunch of extra work trying to remove some of this stuff.  The guys here really have their act together and understand how this stuff works.

Thanks for all that you do!
