Unable to Remove the 200+ issues and 1 trojan found by Malwarebytes.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium.  Downloaded 24 x 7 Help something like that. I ran all the apps listed in the removal process.  My problem is that it will not remove the malware, trojan, and other issues found.  There were over 200 issues and the program kept getting a "not responding" error msg. then it shut down unexpectedly.  Also found conduit, sweetpack, apps on computer. attached is snip it of documents folder and all systems32 files are listed there.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
 
I am unable to locate the log file from the Malwarebytes scan, but I did find some new info which I posted.  Thank you in advance.

New scan ran with Hitman Pro and results state there are 1324 Traces 36 Threats 129 items. After the removal part of the operation the final results log indicates 2000 threats.

Hello, would you post that log, please. I would like to see the infections.
 
Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.



Download TDSSKiller and save it to your desktop.
  • Extract (unzip) its contents to your desktop.
  • Open the TDSSKiller folder and doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application, then on Start Scan.
  • If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue.
  • If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
  • It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now.
  • If no reboot is require, click on Report. A log file should appear. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.
  • If a reboot is required, the report can also be found in your root directory (usually C:\ folder) in the form of TDSSKiller_xxxx_log.txt. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Delete.
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • You will be prompted to restart your computer. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.
