How to enable thumbnail picture preview

Hi. I got this problems from my friend's computer about 2 weeks ago. His Windows explorer doing something like this:




He wants me to enable thumbnail preview for him and this is how.


1. Go to my computer, click Organize > Folder and Search Options




2. You are in folder options, go to View tab. Then uncheck "Always show icons, never thumbnails" and click OK.




Then it will be like this:
