Hello, all.

After installing and running HiJackThis earlier today, I was hoping to submit a support request over at


I'm sure many of you already know that, over there, Loucif Kharouni has temporarily disabled the support-cases system and is encouraging users to seek help at a community forum such as BP.

I'll post my request in the appropriate forum. Regardless of whether someone is able to help with analyzing my HiJackThis log file, I hope to return to BP for other future matters.
