Everytime I boot up windows it takes me to a screen that's flashing dark then lighter after the boot animation, I suspect graphics card and safe mode does not work

What kind of monitor are you using, and what is the Graphics chipset in for the Graphic's card?  Does it do this, when you boot into safe mode?

Please post the make and model of this computer.

Does the screen continue to switch between dark and light screens?

Is the desktop visible, and can you use the computer to make repairs?
