Hi, I'm Tonia and I am new to this community, I have read this thread and I want to know if I should do the same as I have VisualBee V.11 and can't seem to get rid of it, It completely removed the search engine I was using and my computer has not worked right since.  I restored my computer going back several weeks before this thing showed up and it's still here.  I'm usually very careful about what I open  or download so I have no idea how this thing wiggled it's way into my computer.  I can't blame anyone because I'm the only one that uses my laptop.  I have a Dell Latitude E5510 if this helps.  I hope you can assist me, my computer is going to be my only avenue to bring in any sort of income as I'm disabled so any help would be highly appreciated.  Thanks, Tonia
