WIN XP Home:  Have selected "No Sounds" in Windows, but when VZAccess launches, it continues to insist blasting its "I'm HERE NOW!!!" sound.  How can I shut that thing up?

Thanks.  Appreciated!

Hello, Hikermann...

I'm all for silence as well.  All I can find regarding VZAccess sounds involves arrival of text messages - http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/how_to_use/vzaccess_prefs/vzaccess_prefs-12.html#a12

Also you can look for a speaker icon in the tray next to the clock and adjust volume or mute from there, or search speaker to find how to make that icon appear.
