Hi

 

good day guys,

 

is this a kind of virus?

 

I cant kill it using adwcleaner and I already scan my computer using malwarebytes

 

after finish scanning and detecting some viruses or malwares when I open my Google chrome and Mozilla Firefox the home page is still existing

 

please someone.. help me with this!!

What browser do you use, we need to reset it?

Firefox
Click on the Firefox button > Help > Troubleshooting information.
A new window pops up with a box containing ‘Reset Firefox’ button on the left uppers corner of the web page
A box pops up for confirmation, please click ‘Reset Firefox

 

Google Chrome
Choose ‘Customize and Control Google Chrome’ menu.
Select ‘Options’.
Click ‘Under the Hood’ tab on ‘Options’ window.
Click ‘Reset to Defaults’ button.

where to find the "Customize and Control" in Google Chrome is it in  the settings?
