Hi, I have just built a new computer and every time i turn it on it looks like everything is running fine then it powers off after about 2 seconds then restarts, stays on but nothing happens after that no sign of post.  I have a PC Analyzer plugged into it and it hangs on error 02 (test all cpu registers Except SS, SP and BP with data FF and 00).  I have tried looking everywere for anyone else with the same problems but cannot find anything.  I have tried reseating the cpu, removed all hardware from mobo and still cannot get it passed that error.  Any help would be appreciated.

The hardware in the computer is

CPU: I7 4930K

Cooler: Swiftech H320

MOBO: Asus Sabertooth x79

RAM: Corsair XMS 3 6gb 1600mhz

PSU: corsair hx-850 v2

Graphics: powercolor hd 7970

HDD: Sandisk extreme 480gb ssd

Case: Coolermaster HAF X

OS: Windows 7

the graphics card, ram and SSD are all from my old computer and were working fine in that.

msi x58 pro mobo
core i7 920 @ 2.67ghz
12gb corsair ddr3 1333mhz

Gotta ask the stupid questions first.  8 pin connected?  Any diagnostic LEDS lit?  Tried to boot with only one stick RAM?  Cooler seated correctly, no overtemp?  BIOS revision supports that CPU?

Yer the first things i checked aswell.  8 pin is connected, one stick of ram in it at the moment, made sure cooler is correcty seated, theres not post so i cannot see any temps.  What diagnotic LED's?  And I don't know what bios version is on it because it will not post but i can try and flash it with ones on asus website.
