Looks very much like a google made the page that comes up when IE is opened but prohibits any use and asks to fill out surveys to get access to code to Basically get through this nonsense and onto Google.

The site wont let me, but I could email it to you through my phone if that suits. I am currently trying a few different programmes to get rid of it. it is a right pain in the ass.

Having run ComboFix on your own we need to see that log and a DDS log. Please follow this Preparation Guide, do steps 6,7 and 8 and post in a new topic.
Let me know if all went well.
