I ran FRST64, txt file says malware custom BCD entry,what now?

I ran FRST64 on a friend of mines desktop and now I need a fix file. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am new to this so I hope I am doing it the right way. Thanks.

This problem is fixed. I used the recovery command prompt to rebuild bcd. Works fine now. This thread can be closed.
